Florida judge dismisses the case against Donald Trump - READ IN FULL.

Florida Judge Aileen Cannon has dismissed the pending case against former President Donald Trump over his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

The judge found that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional.
